Why work with us?

Normally when people talk about ‘benefits’ they really mean the little extras that make your work life easier and your personal life more rewarding.
Well, we mean more than that. Our benefits package is complete and includes a support network and training schemes which are already recognised as being first class.

  • You receive a competitive salary of £11.50 per hour in the Senior Support Worker role, and we also offer a defined contribution pension scheme, so you determine the contribution rate you pay. Whatever the rate, we will pay 6% of pensionable pay into your pension fund.
  • Our annual holiday entitlement is 31 days pro-rated if you work part time. We also offer enhanced maternity, adoption and paternity leave, the option to purchase additional leave and sickness absence provisions.
  • We want to give you the chance to vary your working patterns as and when circumstances change in your life. We offer a range of contracts to support family and carer responsibilities, on a pre-agreed 2 week rolling rota pattern.
  • We are committed to our staff and have developed a comprehensive learning and development programme in order to extend skills and knowledge, unlock opportunities and help you reach your full potential. The Senior Support worker role includes an accredited leadership training course, providing the opportunity to develop key Leadership skills and competencies.
  • We are committed to career development and due to the range of opportunities across our Care company, there are plenty of routes for progression – whether that is promotion or cross service opportunities across our community and residential settings.
  • We are investing more into innovative new technology to improve our services and make working in Care more collaborative and productive. You could be part of an exciting new time in the industry, gaining experience in tech enabled care.
  • The mental and physical health of our staff is hugely important to us. We are committed to zero harm, making sure no one is harmed as a result of the work they do. This goes for mental health as well. We are investing in mental health first aid courses so our teams are equipped to support their colleagues through challenging times whenever they happen. We offer access to free independent, confidential support services available 24/7, occupational health reviews and free eye tests. We also offer optional discounts at a number of external providers and health clubs.
