February marked a fantastic week of celebration as Cormac proudly took part in National Apprenticeship Week, recognising the value of apprenticeships, the dedication of apprentices, the commitments of employers and the exciting rage of opportunities available across our sector.
Throughout the week, Cormac were delighted to showcase the strength of apprenticeships and the incredible impact they have across the business. From new starters to well-seasoned team members, a series of engaging videos were shared widely across social media, giving the apprentices the chance to share their journeys, experiences and ambitions.
Cormac's Managing Director, Dominic Bostock, highlighted the vital role apprenticeships play in Cormac's continued success, reinforcing how they help develop talent, build skills, and support long-term career pathways across the organisation.
Cormac apprentices also brought their A-game to the Apprenticeship Games, hosted by Cornwall College, demonstrating teamwork, skill and determination while proudly representing the business.
Alongside this, Cormac were able to highlight the wide range of apprenticeship opportunities available, helping to inspire the next generation of future talent. It was a brilliant combination of collaboration, enthusiasm and commitment that made Apprenticeship Week a roaring success, and it's these same qualities that continue to take Cormac from strength to strength.
Thank you and well done to all current and former apprentices, whose hard work, dedication and team spirit never fail to impress.
