Our procurement is managed by a centralised department, which is responsible for the procurement strategy, policy and procedures for each of the companies.
The purpose of our procurement department is:
We aim to consolidate, collaborate and combine procurement contracts across the group to achieve uniformity of supply and obtain the best commercial contracts by pooling the group’s requirements to increase buying power.
Corserv’s centralised procurement team work hard to ensure money is spent wisely and cost effectively throughout the group of companies. Reshaping the relationship with suppliers can increase the profitability, but this doesn’t happen accidentally.

Corserv will be using the Pro Contract Electronic Tendering and Contract Management System. The majority of our procurement projects will now be run electronically. This system hosts its own advertising portal, which sits on the Supplying the South West website →.
Future tenders for companies within the Corserv group can be accessed from the Supplying the South West website. You can register for free to receive notifications of contract opportunities. If you are already registered, no further action is required.
If one of our opportunities is of interest to you, please express your interest via the tendering portal: Supplying the South West Portal →. You will then be granted access to Pro Contract and the electronic ITT and supporting documents, for instances where we are not fully tendering the specific opportunity electronically, the ITT and documents will be emailed to you.
