Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Bronze Award for the Corserv Group

The Corserv Group has received the Bronze Award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS).

The Defence ERS recognises commitment and support from UK employers for defence personnel. The scheme comprises bronze, silver and gold awards for employers who support those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, and their families.

This scheme is awarded to organisations that offer a statement of intent to support defence personnel. The Corserv Group employs many forces personnel and considers service personnel when recruiting and advertises roles on the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) website that supports leavers from the Armed Forces.

We also support the Armed Forces Covenant, making sure we make the most of their valuable skills and expertise in order to benefit the people of Cornwall through our services. We are delighted to have received the award and look forward to working further with these valued skilled individuals.
