Following the retirement of Corserv CEO Cath Robinson, we are delighted to share that Paul Cooper, our Director of Resources, has agreed to become the Interim CEO until a permanent candidate can join us.
Having worked with us for two years now, Paul knows the business extremely well and is an experienced strategic leader. He is really familiar with the structure of the business, the plans of each division and many of the people that deliver our services.
Before joining Corserv, the bulk of Paul’s career was in the health and care sector across Devon and Cornwall, developing and delivering comprehensive, integrated business systems that focus on supporting operational teams to deliver the best possible standards and results.
Paul commented:
“I am very pleased to support the business in the interim period until the new CEO starts and look forward to working with colleagues from across the businesses many of whom I know well and have come to respect over the last two years. I have worked as acting Chief Exec a number of times within various roles, and hopefully that experience will put me in a good position to help keep continuity during this transitional period.”
Julia Gregory Interim Chair of Corserv has said:
“I would just like to thank Cath for her significant contribution to Corserv over the last six years which has seen immense change and improvement within the Group and to wish her well for the future. Paul is a very safe pair of hands to lead the organisation during this interim period of change and thank him for stepping up into the role.”
