Recently, our Corserv HR Director had the privilege of visiting HMP Channings Wood to explore how Corserv can support future employment opportunities for prison leavers.
The trip served as a powerful reminder of the dedication and effort that goes into equipping individuals with the skills and experience needed to secure meaningful work after release. Touring a range of workshops and spaces, from construction and painting to meticulously maintained vegetable and flower gardens, the pride and care taken in the work achieved on-site served as inspirational.
In light of our commitment to creating pathways to employment, we're hopeful our organisation can play a meaningful role in assisting leavers in years to come.
