It's official, the results are in! Corserv has achieved a significant milestone in our diversity and inclusion journey, earning an overall score of 60% in the 2026 TIDE (Talent Inclusion & Diversity Evaluation) report.

This places us at the “Embed” level on the TIDE Inclusion Roadmap, reflecting a strong foundation in inclusive practices and a clear commitment to continuous improvement.

TIDE, developed by the Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion (enei), is a respected benchmarking tool that helps organisations assess and enhance their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts across 10 key areas. Corserv’s participation in this annual evaluation is part of our ongoing dedication to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.

Leading the Way in Inclusion

Our highest scores were achieved in:

  • Employee Voice & Engagement (85%) – showcasing a culture that actively listens to and empowers its workforce.

  • Inclusive Recruitment (82%) – reflecting inclusive hiring practices and accessible job advertising.

  • DEI Training (75%) – highlighting a strong commitment to educating staff on diversity and inclusion.

These results are a testament to our efforts to foster a welcoming and equitable environment for all employees.

Opportunities for Growth

While the report celebrates some fantastic key achievements, it also identifies areas for development, and it is equally important we recognise these. These sections were as follows:

  • Diversity Data Monitoring (33%)

  • Inclusive Leadership (40%)

  • Strategy & Planning (50%)

While lower scoring, these areas present opportunities for us to strengthen our leadership accountability, improve data collection and analysis, and enhance our strategic communication around DEI goals.
