Recently, Corserv Care proudly delivered its first Care Certificate induction at offices in Liskeard and Lowena Respite, marking an important step in enhancing how the division welcomes and supports new colleagues joining the care services.
The induction was led by Sarah-Jayne Croft, Corserv Care's new Learning and Development Trainer, who is introducing positive changes to the way we induct, support and deliver the Care Certificate to new employees. Her approach is helping to ensure that every new starter feels confident, informed and well supported from day one.
Care's Managing Director, Alison Waller, also met with the new cohort during their induction and was pleased to hear how complimentary they were about the support they have received from the People Team throughout their onboarding journey and introduction to the organisation.
We're delighted to welcome our newest colleagues, and wish them every success as they continue their careers with us.
