A new gauging hut has been successfully installed at Fenny Bridges, Devon, enhancing the resilience and reliability of essential environmental monitoring in the area.

Delivered by Cormac as part of the Environment Agency's Asset Operation and Maintenance Response (AOMR) framework, the project involved the removal of the previous structure and the construction of a modern, timber-framed replacement. The new hut features durable slate roof cladding and has been built on an extended concrete base, providing a robust and long-lasting solution.

The upgraded facility will support ongoing monitoring activities, helping to ensure accurate data collection and improved asset performance.

The project was delivered through close collaboration between Cormac's Infrastructure and Construction teams, showcasing the value of teamwork and shared expertise in delivering high-quality outcomes.
