This year’s Gender Pay Gap report has now been published and is available on our website.

In line with the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017, we are required to evaluate and report on the differences in average pay between men and women across our workforce. Corserv is committed to closing the gender pay gap and ensuring fairness, transparency and equality of opportunity across all levels of the organisation.

The report shows that our gender pay gap is shaped by the Group’s diverse workforce structure. For example, Cormac and Cornwall Airport Newquay remain traditionally male dominated and have a larger workforce than other divisions in our organisation, while Corserv Care has a predominantly female workforce.

However, this year’s report shows a continued long term improvement across the Group, with results that remain better than both national and South West averages. Headline results show:

  • Mean gender pay gap: 13.36%

  • Median gender pay gap: 14.46%

  • Both figures reflect a continuing downward trend, with the mean gap reducing by 4.6 percentage points and the median by 3.2 points since the last reporting period.

  • Corserv’s gender pay gap remains below the national average (14–15%) and the South West average (around 16%).

We continue to take steps to improve fairness, representation and career progression across all parts of the business, through:

  • More inclusive recruitment and talent attraction practices

  • Expanded leadership and apprenticeship programmes to support women’s progression

  • Group wide EDI training and the launch of a Women’s Network in 2026

  • Continued support for flexible and hybrid working

Corserv’s mean gender pay gap has decreased by over 9 percentage points, since reporting began in 2017–18, and we remain committed to further reducing this.
