Apprenticeship Complaints, Compliments and Appeals Policy
Corserv aims to provide a progressive, flexible, and balanced service that seeks to develop the skills, abilities, and qualities in apprentices that are necessary for the effective performance to the force.
All staff will be given guidance on how to acknowledge complaints or complaints and how to deal with them, record them, and escalate them accordingly. This process is shared will all learners during their induction and is highlighted during reviews. Please take a look at the Policy.
