Congratulations to Peter, David, Jason, Julie and Kim, who have successfully achieved their NCFE Entry Level Certificate in Personal and Social Development Level 3 through St Austell College.

The group worked hard throughout the course, receiving weekly support from tutor Kirsty alongside Blantyre Day Centre colleagues Nicola and Jasmine. Together, they explored a wide range of topics designed to build confidence and develop essential skills for everyday life, learning and future employment opportunities.

Over the duration of the programme, learners completed units covering healthy lifestyles, environmental issues, rights and responsibilities, and work skills. The course encouraged participants to develop practical knowledge, independence and valuable life skills while working towards a recognised qualification.

Receiving their certificates was a proud moment for everyone involved and a reflection of the dedication and commitment they showed throughout the course.

Peter said:

“I enjoyed everything about the course, and I was very happy when I got my certificate.”

The achievement highlights the positive impact that learning opportunities can have in supporting personal growth, building confidence and helping people reach their goals.

A huge well done to Peter, David, Jason, Julie and Kim on this fantastic accomplishment, and thank you to Kirsty, Nicola and Jasmine for the encouragement and support they provided every step of the way.
