It’s been a busy few weeks at Cornwall Airport Newquay, with streetlight remedial works delivered alongside Enerveo, NH1 hangar roof works in partnership with Cormac and WRS specialist roofing contractors, as well as aerodrome signage improvements led by Cormac teams.
But these projects have not been without their challenges. The NH1 hangar roof works in particular required careful consideration, as there was no feasible emergency response plan from ground level in the event of an incident. To address this, teams came together across the Corserv group of companies and wider contractor network, combining expertise and experience to implement a specialist rope access solution that ensured the works could be completed safely and in full compliance.
