Lindsay started in her initial role with Corserv Care on October 27 1986 and her commitment to supporting service users and the local community has remained unwavering throughout her career.
Her dedication, professionalism, and loyalty to both the people she supports, and the wider team have made a lasting impact. Reaching 40 years of service this month is a truly special achievement and one that deserves recognition and celebration.

Lindsay says:
“There have been many changes over the years, but throughout it all I have really enjoyed my role. I started as a Home Help, then progressed to Senior, Team Lead and now Community Care Supervisor. I love working with my colleagues and, most importantly, supporting the people we care for. It is especially rewarding to see service users regain their independence through reablement.”
